2 cups plain low-fat yogurt (greek yogurt if you can find it)
1 cup peeled, grated cucumber, patted dry with paper towels
4 cloves garlic, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
Directions:
1. Mix all together in a medium bowl. Chill, covered, for 1 hour.
