For best results use Greek or Mediterranean style yogurt Ingredients:
3 cups plain yogurt |
1 seedless cucumber |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 garlic cloves |
1/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Peel cucumber then grate and place in a sieve over a bowl. 2. Try and squeeze out as much water as possible, you can use a spoon or squeeze the cucumber in hands. 3. Stir all the ingredients together and set aside in the refrigerator for around 3 hours or overnight. 4. Enjoy on whatever you’d like, pita, chicken, pork, crackers, pretzels etc. |
