You can add a cucumber to this also. You can also substitute some mint for the part of the dill Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups yogurt, with liquid reserved |
1 tablespoon garlic, minced |
2 tablespoons lemon juice |
3 tablespoons dill, finely chopped |
salt |
pepper |
cayenne |
Directions:
1. In a bowl combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice and dill. 2. Add salt and peppers to taste. 3. Depending on desired consistency, add reserved yogurt liquid. |
