This works very well with calamari and fish. Ingredients:
1/2 english cucumber, peeled & seeded |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
3 tablespoons fresh dill, minced (or use dried-start with 1 tsp.) |
3/4 cup plain yogurt, can use low-fat |
1/2 cup light mayonnaise (i use miracle whip) |
salt and pepper |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
Directions:
1. Combine and mix all ingredients. 2. Cover and refrigertate for several hours to combine flavors. 3. Can use a touch of celery salt. 4. NOT TOO MUCH. |
