Tzatziki - Cucumber and Yoghurt Dip |

A simple refreshing Greek dip that is great served as part of a mezze platter or with hot chicken or lamb pitta bread kebabs. Ingredients:
250 ml greek yogurt |
1/2 large cucumber |
1 garlic clove, minced (can use 1/2 tsp garlic powder) |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper |
Directions:
1. Grate the cucumber on to a plate. 2. Squeeze out as much liquid as you can from the grated cucumber in small batches using your hands. 3. Mix everything together and voila! |
