Light refreshing dip that goes perfect with toasted pita chips. Ingredients:
1.5 c strained yogurt |
2 medium cucumbers (peeled) |
salt to taste |
4 large garlic cloves (minced) |
4 t olive oil |
splash vinegar |
4 black olives (sliced) |
dash paprika. |
Directions:
1. Grate cucumber or chop finely. 2. Salt and squeeze out excess liquid. 3. Add to minced garlic. 4. Mix in vinegar and yogurt. 5. Stir. 6. Ad the oil. 7. Sprinkle with Paprika. 8. Garnish with chopped black olives. 9. Serve with Pita or bagel chips. |
