My husband and I do WW and this is a great dipping sauce for veggies or chips. We also make turkey burgers with greek seasoning and instead of using buns, we just dip our burgers into this sauce. Ingredients:
1 pint low-fat sour cream |
1 cucumber, peeled and seeded, then grate |
4 garlic cloves, mashed |
1/3 cup olive oil |
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons dried dill |
Directions:
1. Mix everything together until blended. Salt as needed to taste. Let sit in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. |
