A Greek yogurt dip that tastes great and is very easy to make. It can be used as a dip centerpiece for a platter or spread on bread for a great flavor infusion. Ingredients:
1 small cucumber |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 1/2 cups yogurt |
spring coriander |
Directions:
1. Cut the cucumber into small cubes about 1/3 of an inch. 2. Crush the garlic by pressing on it with the side of your knife and mince it finely. 3. Mix with all the other ingredients in a bowl and serve fresh, garnished with the coriander. |
