I love this dip. I only tried it because I got a recipe book the other day and was finding eating raw vegetables a bit boring. This also works well with bread sticks and potato chips, and especially with raw vegetables; my favourite was with chunks of tomato. Ingredients:
1 lebanese cucumber, seeded and coarsely grated |
500 g greek yogurt |
1 teaspoon ground cumin |
2 tablespoons fresh mint, coarsely chopped |
Directions:
1. Combine cucumber, yogurt, cumin and mint. 2. Serve in serving bowl with raw vegetables, potato chips, breadsticks or whatever else you like. |
