Cook time does not include refrigeration. Ingredients:
2 cucumbers |
1 teaspoon salt |
6 garlic cloves, minced |
3 tablespoons oil |
1 tablespoon vinegar |
1 1/2 cups plain yogurt |
Directions:
1. Peel and shred the cucumbers; squeeze out the liquid. 2. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon salt on top. 3. Combine garlic, oil, vinegar. 4. Add this to cucumbers and mix. 5. Blend in Greek or plain yogurt. 6. Place in refrigerator to set overnight. 7. Serve chilled with pita bread. |
