A nice, fresh tasting dip. Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, chopped fine or shredded and squeezed of most of its liquid |
6 cloves garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped |
3 cups yogurt |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well to incorporate all ingredients. 2. Cover with plastic wrap or place in a plastic container with lid and chill well. 3. Stir again before serving. |
