A new flavor in each bite. Banana pudding should be eaten on a regular diet. Ingredients:
1 (12 oz) box vanilla wafers |
6 ripe bananas |
12 oz cream cheese, softened |
7 oz sweetened condensed milk, about 1/2 can |
1 cup sour cream |
2 pkg (1 oz each) instant cheesecake pudding mix, sugar free fat free |
2 pkg (1 oz each) instant butterscotch pudding mix, sugar free fat free |
8 cups milk, divided |
1 cup whipping cream |
Directions:
1. Arrange half the vanilla wafers in the bottom of a 15x10 casserole dish (4 quart dish). 2. Cut up bananas medallion style and gently toss in a few tablespoons of lemon juice and drain. Arrange half the bananas on the layer of vanilla wafers. 3. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk, and sour cream on the medium speed of a hand held electric blender until well mixed. Add 4 cups milk one cup at a time; blending until smooth. Add cheesecake pudding mix; blending for 2 minutes. 4. Spoon pudding mix over layered bananas and wafers. 5. Arrange second half of vanilla wafers on top of the cheesecake pudding mix. Arrange second half of the bananas on top of the arranged wafers. 6. Puree whipping cream in a blender until thick. Do not over blend. 7. Blend 4 cups milk with butterscotch pudding mix for 2 minutes with a hand held electric blender; fold in whipping cream. 8. Spoon pudding mix over bananas and wafers. 9. Set pudding set up for 5 minutes on the countertop. Transfer to refrigerator to chill overnight. |
