Ingredients:
2 cups diced plum tomato
1 cup diced green tomato
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced purple onion
1 tablespoon seeded, minced serrano chile
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Cover and chill at least 3 hours. Serve with chicken or fish or as a dip with no-oil baked tortilla chips.
