I found this in a Campbell's Cookbook and loved it. It is easy to make and a great spin on the traditional chicken pot pie. Ingredients:
1 lb boneless chicken breast, chopped |
1 (15 ounce) can cream of chicken soup |
1 (12 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables |
6 biscuits |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken. 2. Mix in soup and vegetables. 3. Cover and simmer until done. 4. Serve on biscuits. |
