A zesty salad dressing. Makes 1 1/4 cups. Keeps in fridge for 1 week. Ingredients:
1 egg |
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 garlic clove, minced |
1/2 cup olive oil |
1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a blender, combine first 5 ingredients and process for 2 minutes. 2. With motor running, drizzle in oil. 3. Stir in Parmesan and season to taste. 4. Refrigerate. |
