So quick and easy, and never fails! Ingredients:
1 cup self raising flour |
2 teaspoons cocoa (1 dessert spoon) |
3/4 cup milk |
vanilla |
3/4 cup sugar |
1 tablespoon melted butter |
1 egg |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in bowl in order given above, then beat well for two minutes. 2. Bake in a greased tin in a moderate oven for approx 30 minutes. |
