This was made up one day when I had lots of zucchinis - it is very easy and tastes really good!! What's more it's low fat, low calorie and you wouldn't know! Ingredients:
1 packet chicken noodle soup mix |
4 zucchini, chopped |
Directions:
1. Place soup mix, zucchini and one litre of water into a pan. 2. Bring to the boil. 3. Simmer until zucchini are cooked and soft (approx 15minutes). 4. Blitz with a hand blender or food processor. 5. Enjoy. |
