1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed |
red onion, thinly sliced |
whole grain mustard |
sherry vinegar |
olive oil |
toasted sliced almonds |
salt and pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. Steam green beans. Toss beans and chickpeas with onion, mustard, sherry vinegar, and olive oil. Sprinkle with almonds. Toss and season with salt and pepper. |
