Twisted Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients:
10 slice(s) bread
1 can(s) campbell's cream of mushroom soup
9 eggs
3 cup(s) grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) milk
1 can(s) rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
2 pound(s) sausage (1 hot/1 regular) browned and crumbled
Directions:
1. Spray large baking dish (9x13) with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
2. Layer the bread, sausage and cheese in baking dish.
3. Beat together eggs and 1 cup milk. Pour over cheese/sausage.
4. Pour the can of rotel over the cheese/sausage.
5. Cover and refrigerator overnight.
6. In the morning stir together the cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk. Pour over casserole dish.
7. Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
8. Test the middle to make sure the eggs ahve set.
