I did this the other day with the herbs I had on hand. It's a simple yet very tender and juicy meatloaf, the whole family can enjoy. My 4 year old twins totally loved it. Give it a go. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2/3 cup whole milk |
2/3 cup shredded parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup diced onion |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 egg, beaten |
2 tablespoons ketchup |
1 tablespoon paprika |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
1/2 teaspoon parsley |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder |
1/2 cup ketchup, to add to the top of the meatloaf before going into the oven |
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredient well, by hand; then, put in a non-stick oven pan. Cover the meatloaf with ketchup, and put into the oven for one hour at 350. |
