24 twinkies, cut into thirds |
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk |
2 eggs, lightly beaten |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
pinch salt |
1 cup milk chocolate morsels (i use semi sweet chocolate or butterscotch or cinnamon). |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 deg F. 2. Place cut Twinkies in large mixing bowl. 3. In a small mixing bowl, blend together sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon and salt; blend well. 4. Stir in chocolate morsels 5. Pour milk mixture over Twinkies, and stir GENTLY to coat. 6. Allow to stand 5 minutes only. 7. Spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray coating. 8. Spoon Twinkie mixture into pan. 9. Bake 35 minutes or until golden brown and set. |
