cod |
1 little milk |
salt and pepper |
1 little fat |
mashed potatoes |
1 egg |
breadcrumbs |
Directions:
1. Divide the remains of codfish or cold salt fish into flakes. Mix in twice as much mashed potatoes. Add a little milk. Season with salt and pepper and make into balls. Dip into the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in fat until brown. |
