Ingredients:
cod
1 little milk
salt and pepper
1 little fat
mashed potatoes
1 egg
breadcrumbs
Directions:
1. Divide the remains of codfish or cold salt fish into flakes. Mix in twice as much mashed potatoes. Add a little milk. Season with salt and pepper and make into balls. Dip into the egg, roll in breadcrumbs and fry in fat until brown.
