Ingredients:
1 baking potatoes |
2 tablespoon(s) sour cream |
1 tablespoon(s) milk |
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) butter |
1/8 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper |
2 tablespoon(s) cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Poke holes in potatoe and wrap in foil 3. Bake potatoe for 1 hour 4. Allow potatoe to cool for 10 minutes 5. Slice potatoe in half and scoop the flesh in to a bowl 6. Add cour cream, milk butter,salt, pepper, cheese 7. Mix with a mixer until well blended and creamy. 8. Spoon mixture into the potatoe skins 9. Top with cheese 10. Bake for 15 mins at 350 degrees |
