13 baking size potatoes, washed and pricked with a fork and baked for about 45 minutes at 425 degrees
1/4 cup butter
1 cup shredded cheese
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk
salt & pepper to taste
Directions:
1. 1. When potatoes are done take a knife and cut an oval shape out of the top of the potatoe and scoop out the potato making sure to leave a little and place the scooped out potato in a bowl and when all potatoes have been done then add the rest of the ingredients and mix well thenput back into the potato skins and top with chives and a little paprika and they are ready to rebake just long enough to reheat them
