My family begs for this !!!! Ingredients:
8 baking potatoes |
16 oz sour cream |
1 tbls butter |
1/4 c milk |
1 c cheese divided in half |
1 tsp garlic |
1/4 c real bacon pieces |
2 tbls chives |
Directions:
1. wash potatoes and wrap in aluminum foil 2. bake in oven 1 hour at 350 degrees 3. once potatoes are tender slice lengthwise in half 4. scoop out the center and keep the skins 5. put the center in a large mixing bowl 6. using a mixer beat in all ingredients except for half the cheese and half the chives until blended 7. put mixture back into the skins 8. top with remaining cheese and chives and bake in oven 10 mins or until the cheese melts |
