My mom's recipe Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter |
18 ounces cream cheese |
8 ounces cheddar cheese |
1 dash salt |
1 dash pepper |
1 dash onion powder |
1 dash garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes at 450°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. 2. Butter all over or the last few minutes. 3. Scoop out insides. 4. Add cream cheese, cheddar, butter, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powder. 5. Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes. |
