Twice Baked Mac & Cheese Potato |

It's just something I came up with for a party. It's super easy and super yummy! Ingredients:
1 (7 1/2 ounce) box of mac & cheese |
4 -6 russet potatoes |
bacon bits (optional) |
Directions:
1. Bake potatoes as directed. 2. While potatoes are baking, make Mac&Cheese according to box. Set aside. 3. Once potatoes are baked, and cooled a little cut length wise and scoop out middle. 4. Take potato and Mac&Cheese mix together until well blended. 5. Put mixture into potato skins. 6. Broil until slightly browned. 7. Sprinkle with bacon bits 8. Serve and enjoy! |
