She suggests using it as a dip for cucumbers and red peppers as well as a salad dressing. Ingredients:
1 bunch parsley |
1 lemon, squeezed |
2 tablespoons cider vinegar |
3 tablespoons water |
2 garlic cloves |
1 teaspoon sea salt |
stevia or another sweetener, to taste |
1 cup olive oil |
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients except the olive oil. 2. With blender still running, add olive oil slowly until smooth. |
