Ingredients:
1 small arabic bread |
1 tablespoon tomato paste |
50 g sausages or 50 g salami or 50 g chicken |
1/4 onion, finely chopped |
2 tablespoons grated cheese |
1 firm tomato, sliced |
dried herbs (for sprinkling) or dried oregano (for sprinkling) |
paprika |
Directions:
1. Spread the tomato paste over the bread. 2. Add the meat in slices to cover the tomato paste. 3. Sprinkle the cheese and onion over the top. 4. Lightly sprinkle the herbs over the top. 5. Finish with a little paprika. 6. Put on a greased baking tray. 7. Cook in the middle of an oven at 220 Deg C for 15 minutes. 8. Eat while hot! |
