I do love this one. My mom had this recipe in her recipe box. Ingredients:
1 c. seedless grapes |
1 can mandarin oranges, drained |
1 can pineapple chunks, drained |
2 red apples, diced |
1 pear, diced |
3/4 c. lemon-flavored low fat yogurt |
Directions:
1. Put fruit in mixing bowl, mix together. 2. Pour yogurt over fruit. Stir. 3. Cover with plastic wrap. 4. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour. |
