This frozen dessert's a breeze and great to have for drop-ins :) Freeze time listed in cook time. Ingredients:
1 pint vanilla ice cream, softened |
1 (16 ounce) can fruit cocktail, well drained |
1/2 cup crumbled macaroons |
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted |
1/3 cup peach brandy or 1/3 cup peach schnapps |
Directions:
1. Line 12 cup muffin tin with paper liners. 2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. 3. Spoon evenly into paper liners. 4. Cover with plastic wrap. 5. Freeze 3 hours. 6. Can be made ahead and frozen for 1 week. |
