1 cup sugar |
1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained |
1 cup whipping cream, whipped |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and drained pineapple in a heavy saucepan (reserve the pineapple juice for use in other recipes). Cook over medium heat until the mixture is very thick and pineapple is transparent. Cool mixture thoroughly. 2. Gently stir the cooled pineapple mixture into whipped cream. |
