1 banana, peeled and cut up |
1/4 cup fresh blueberries or 1/4 cup frozen blueberries |
1/4 cup sliced fresh strawberries or 1/4 cup frozen strawberries |
3/4 cup vanilla-flavored soymilk or 3/4 cup milk |
1/2 cup pomegranate-blueberry juice or 1/2 cup pomegranate juice or 1/2 cup grape juice or 1/2 cup cranberry juice, chilled |
1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt or 1/2 cup pineapple sherbet |
Directions:
1. In a blender container combine banana, berries, soy milk, juice, and yogurt. 2. Cover and blend until smooth. 3. Pour into glasses. |
