Good over Ice Cream or Pound Cake Ingredients:
1-29oz can elberta peaches |
1-20oz can pineapple chunks |
1-20oz can crushed pineapple |
3 cups sugar |
1/2 cup sliced maraschino cherries |
1 cup rum |
Directions:
1. Drain the juice from the cans of peaches,chunked, and crushed pineapple into a saucepan. 2. Add the sugar,and boil for about 5 minutes. 3. Remove from the heat. 4. Chop the peaches;then add them to the syrup along with the pineapple and the cherries. 5. Place in the refrigerator to chill. 6. When mixture has completely cooled,stir in the Rum. 7. Store in the refrigerator. 8. Good Stuff. |
