Tuscan White Bean, Tuna And Fennel Salad

My take on a Weight Watchers recipe, tuna and cannelini beans, crunchy vegetables in a light vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
2 scallions, chopped
1 medium carrot, diced
1 cup chopped fennel bulb
1 or 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp chopped fennel fronds
2 tbsp capers, drained and rinsed
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp tuscan or italian seasoning blend
1/2 tsp pepper
1 6 oz. can tuna, drained and flaked
1 15.5 oz can cannelini beans, drained and rinsed
4 cups chopped romaine or other lettuce blend
Directions:
1. Combine everything except lettuce (this will store covered in refigerator for a couple days - you may need to add a splash more vinegar and/or oil as needed)
2. Serve on or tossed with lettuce.
3. (You can also add tomatoes and/or cucumbers...whatever veggies you have on hand!)
4. For Weight Watchers, this comes out to 6 PointsPlus per serving
