Yummy tuscan style bean dip. I think I altered a Sandra Lee recipe for this. Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can navy beans |
1/3 cup plain yogurt |
1 teaspoon italian seasoning |
1 garlic clove |
1 tablespoon sun-dried tomato |
1/4 cup fresh basil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Puree all ingredients together in a food processor until creamy. |
