1 (15 ounce) can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed |
1 large garlic clove |
1 tablespoon grated lemon rind |
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice |
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil |
1 1/2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary |
1/8 teaspoon salt |
1/8 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor; process until blended. 2. Serve with fresh vegetables or baked pita chips. |
