Can use fresh tuna too - great for leftovers! Diabetic Recipe Ingredients:
6 1/2 ounce light tuna, canned in water |
2 cups canned white beans, rinsed and drained |
1/3 cup red onion, thinly sliced rings |
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped |
1/4 teaspoon pepper, freshly ground |
1/3 cup light italian dressing |
Directions:
1. Combine the tuna, beans, onion, green pepper, and ground pepper. 2. Mix in the dressing and toss to combine. 3. Chill before serving. |
