1 tablespoon olive oil |
1 lb boneless skinless chicken (breast or thigh) |
1/4 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar |
1 pinch dried basil |
salt and pepper |
Directions:
1. Brown chicken in olive oil. 2. Pour chicken broth and balsamic vinegar into pan. 3. Generously sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. 4. Cover and simmer 10 minutes. |
