I've had this recipe quite some time and always meant to try it. The ingredients appeal to me. If you try it first, let me know what you think. Ingredients:
2 cups uncooked rigatoni pasta |
1 large onion, chopped |
1 (16 ounce) package smoked sausage, cut in 1/2 pieces |
1 (16 ounce) can cannellini beans, rinsed & drained |
1/3 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomato, drained and chopped |
1/3 cup chicken broth |
1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary leaves or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves |
1/3 cup parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook& drain pasta. 2. Cook onion and sausage over med-high heat 2-3 minutes until onion is tender. 3. Gently stir in pasta and remaining ingredients except cheese. 4. Cook 3-5 minutes or until hot. 5. Sprinkle each serving with cheese. |
