We LOVE this chicken recipe. I add a lot more garlic. Ingredients:
4 chicken breast halves, boneless skinless, 5 oz each |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
2 garlic cloves, sliced |
2 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed |
1/2 teaspoon rubbed sage |
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
Directions:
1. Flatten chicken to a 1/2 inch thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper. 2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook and stir the garlic, rosemary, sage and thyme in oil for 1 minute. Add chicken; cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear. |
