Ingredients:
3 (15 ounce) cans cannellini beans
1 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon dried sage
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 -3 teaspoons lemon zest
6 sun-dried tomatoes, softened and sliced (not in oil)
salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients except salt and pepper in slow cooker.
2. cover and cook on low until beans are done 5-6 hours.
