I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Obesity Help. Ingredients:
1/2 cup cold water |
1/2 cup crushed ice |
1 teaspoon butter pecan flavoring |
2 tablespoons fat-free caramel topping (of apple dip) or 2 tablespoons sugar-free caramel topping (of apple dip) |
1 tablespoon vanilla protein powder (1 scoop of choice) |
Directions:
1. Blend on high for 2 minutes. 2. Enjoy. |
