Made this over the weekend as a trial run.LOL! Very good! Ingredients:
3/4c plus 2 tbs. caramel ice cream topping |
1 graham cracker pie (6 oz.) |
1/2 c plus 2 tbs. chopped pecans,divided |
2 pkgs.(3.4 oz ea.) vanilla instant pudding |
1 c cold milk |
1 c canned pumpkin |
1 tsp ground cinnamon |
1/2 tspground nutmeg |
1 tub (8oz.) whipped topping,thawed,divided |
Directions:
1. Pour 1/4 c caramel topping into crust;sprinkle with 1/2 c nuts. 2. Beat pudding mixes,milkpumpkin and spices with whisk till blended. Stir in1-1/2 c whipped topping. Spoon into crust. 3. Refrigerate 1 hour. Top with remaining topping,caramel topping and nuts just before serving. |
