I don't like Traditional pumpkin pie but I love this dressed up version Ingredients:
2 cups caramel ice cream topping, divided |
6 ounces graham cracker crust |
1/2 cup chopped pecans |
2 3/4 ounces instant vanilla pudding |
1 cup cold milk |
1 cup canned pumpkin |
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
Directions:
1. pour 1/4 cup caramel into crust and sprinkle with 1/2 cup nuts. 2. beat pudding mixes, milk, pumpkin and spice with a whisk until blended. 3. stir in 1 1/2 cps cool whip. 4. spoon unto crust. 5. refridgerate 1 hour top with remaining cool whip, caramel and nuts and serve. |
