Just another rice dish. The name came from the mushrooms looking like little turtles Ingredients:
1 can french onion soup |
1 can consomme |
1 (4 ounce) can mushroom stems and pieces |
1 cup rice |
1/2 cup butter |
Directions:
1. Place Rice, mushrooms and soup in a casserole dish and stir mixture together. 2. Place stick of butter on top of mixture. 3. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. |
