Simple and easy saute Ingredients:
3 large turnip, peeled and sliced |
1 tsp sugar |
1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Peel and slice turnips. Cook in a little salted water until just tender. Do not overcook which may cause graying. Sauté in butter until golden, about 10 minutes. Sprinkle on a little sugar and cook until sugar melts. |
