This is an amalgamation of a few recipes I found looking for new ways to enjoy chicken. It turned out pretty sensational. Hope you enjoy. Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts |
1 tablespoon turmeric |
1 teaspoon cayenne |
salt, to taste |
3 ounces lemon juice |
2 minced garlic cloves |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon sugar |
1 tablespoon olive oil |
Directions:
1. Combine turmeric, cayenne, 2 oz lemon juice, garlic and salt into a marinade, and marinate chicken for 3-4 hours. Make a basting sauce of the soy, sugar, oil and 1 oz of lemon juice. 2. Grill the chicken until done, turning and brushing with the basting sauce every 5 minutes or so. |
