I came up with this milk as a way to get more Turmeric in my diet. It is cool and refreshing. I was inspired by a banana raita dish that a friend from India served me years ago.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 banana
1/4 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon agave syrup (or to taste)
1 pinch curry powder
1 dash black pepper (a few grinds with a grinder)
3 -4 ice cubes
Directions:
1. Place all in a blender and blend.
