A healthier take on meatloaf. Still delicious with the same texture as meatloaf! Makes an excellent dinner on a cold night
Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 teaspoons basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1/2 cup ketchup
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup.
3. Put mixture into loaf pan.
4. Spread ketchup across top of loaf.
5. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is done.
