A healthier take on meatloaf. Still delicious with the same texture as meatloaf! Makes an excellent dinner on a cold night Ingredients:
1 lb ground turkey breast |
1/2 cup breadcrumbs |
1 egg |
2 teaspoons basil |
1 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 cup onion, chopped |
1 garlic clove, pressed |
1/2 cup ketchup |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. 3. Put mixture into loaf pan. 4. Spread ketchup across top of loaf. 5. Bake for 1 to 1 1/4 hours until meat is done. |
